Naveen and Prem dedicated Ananda Bhawan to state

Cuttack, 14/1: Former chief minister Biju Patnaik’s birth placeAnand Bhawan was dedicated to the people of Odisha yesterday. Prem Patnaik and Naveen Patnaik the two sons of chief minister Biju Pattnaik dedicated the birthplace of their father after signing the documents at the district collector’s office here in presence of the sub-registrar according to reports.Among others, Prem Patnaik’s son Arun Patnaik was also present on the occasion. “I feel extremely happy after dedicating the birthplace of my father to the people of the state”, said Prem Patnaik.
Speaking on the occasion, the chief minister said the birthplace of his father would be used as a museum, library and a place of learning.As per information; the state government has certained to convert Anand Bhawan to a tourist place and a museum. Biju Patnaik left Anand Bhawan and kept it in charge of a caretaker after the death of his parents and stayed in Bhubaneswar after becoming the chief minister and later the Union minister.
His son Naveen Patnaik was also born at Anand Bhawan.
